Important Dates

  • Exclusion Deadline

    Monday, November 2, 2026
    Submit a written request for exclusion from the Settlement Class, postmarked by November 2, 2026. You will receive no benefits, but you will retain any legal claims you may have against William Jayson Waller.

  • Objection Deadline

    Monday, November 2, 2026
    File a written objection with the Court, postmarked by November 2, 2026, about why you do not like the Settlement. You must remain in the Settlement Class to object to the Settlement.

  • Final Approval Hearing

    Wednesday, December 2, 2026
    The Final Approval Hearing will be held on December 2, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. ET. Ask to speak in Court about the fairness of the Settlement. You do not need to attend the hearing to object to the Settlement.
